Close Fit, no Cascades directional shadow issue.
Im using a directional light with close fit shadow projection and no shadow cascades and when I look further into the distance my shadows get really blurry. Here's a video showing the problem : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_W0r7HW-M8&feature=youtu.be How do I fix this, and what is causing it?

That's because your not using cascades. You basically have one texture the engine tries to fit the necessary shadow onto. The further you look, the more it tries to fit into it, which means less space for the front and therefore blurry. To compensate either reduce shadow distance, increase texture size or use cascades
