UNet - Spawning items for players to pick up

Okay so my goal is spawn items in my game world and attach scripts to the objects. One of the issues that i'm having is that when the objects are spawn (They have Network Identity script attached to them), the scripts that I need to be attached to the objects are only attach to the objects on the server host side. When a client connects the objects don't have the scripts on them. I have an item database that I pull the items out of.
