Microsoft(R) Visual C# Compiler version when using Universal Render Pipeline,C# Compiler Errors when Installing URP(Universal Render Pipeline)

Hello everyone! Currently having this C# compiler error and it has really been bugging me for the past couple of days. I upgraded to 2020.2 b5 and when trying to either access a new project with URP or adding URP into a project it shows this error and I can't enter play mode. I have checked out forums and youtube videos for solutions and cant find an answer to what may be causing this. Thanks!
