Aim down sights not working with animations
I'm making an FPS and I'm using Lerp to ADS (aim down sights) and it works perfectly. I made an idle animation that just goes slightly up and down slowly, but when I put it into the animator controller, the ADS no longer works (no errors, it just doesn't move). In the animator component, it says that "root motion or rotation are controlled by curves". When Apply Root Motion is unchecked, the idle animation works and the ADS doesn't work, but when I check Apply Root Motion, the ADS works and the idle animation doesn't. Anyone know how to fix this.
