2d game2d rotation
2d rotation arm manipulation
put simply, i need a script that means the WASD keys control the rotation of a transform that will be connected to a gun. Like an 8 direction pointer. The rotating point would be the player's shoulder, and the gun would be extended from that.
I'm extremely new to this and so I'm unsure how to go about it, any help would be great.
I would assume that for the 8 directions, there would be requirements that would need to be met, e.g. inputs of W&A would point the gun up and left. Maybe that's a primitive way of looking at that, I'm unsure.
