"Save Scene as" window not showing up

For some reason when I try to click "Save Scene" or "Save Scene as" the window doesn't show up, It either does nothing or makes a beep noise and then still does nothing. I already tried Disabling the visual themes on Unity and I tried using Stardock Mycolors to exclude Unity.exe and Explorer.exe since I had this problem before with firefox when I tried to pick a "Save as" location for my downloads. If it helps I think it might relate to Windows Aero, I use Stardock Mycolors BREED theme which was included with the computer and I never had this problem before.
