to what extend can i develop games?

I'd like to create small-scale Unity Games, I mean some prototypes to apply my knowledge and experience on.

Although I'm not sure if my computer is well suited for this.

CPU: Intel Pentium B970 2,30Ghz Dual-core GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7500m/7600m (1Gb Vram) Ram: 8Gb Dual-Channel DDR8 665MHz Storage: 240Gb Turbox SSD OS: Win 10 Pro 64bit

I would like to keep my Scope on Rpg-Rts games till I'll get to buy a better Pc.
