Redistributing the asset
Hi, I recently bought 3d model. I know i can use it on commercial proposes and can't redistribute the asset. But my question is;
I am going to give the base figure to freelancer 3d artist to create clothes,armors etc. If i do that will i be violating license?( What i am afraid of is that it will be considered as redistribute)
That's a little... complicated. Because you are giving him a model, so you are redistribuiting. In my opinion, it would not be a violation if he doesn't use the model itself, but only to make armors, clothes, etc... BASED on the model.
Why don't you ask the creator of the 3d model? He could answer you.
