Can I add a member to my Collaborate team that has a professional license if I have an Indie license?

I want to Collaborate on a project with my friend who has a professional license that goes back to Unity 4.x. If I add him as a Manager in my team, I have an Indie license, will that mess his license up? Will the project file have issues uploading to my cloud account from his Unity?

In this scenario we're both using Unity 2019.3.13f1 except he has professional and I have personal. I also have an advanced team account.
