Camera rotation as per swipe speed & it has to slow down as gradually?

Rotation like google earth, speed of your rotation as per swipe speed and the rotation slow down as gradually, I am able to do rotation as per the mouse position, but fast as per the swipe speed not getting it exactly, can someone guide me on this?
