Non-game app and Unity Ads vs AdMob

Hello everyone. At start sorry for my english if i write something bad. I created non-game app and it's ready to publish and this is first app in my life. It's non-game app for fitness. If this is non-game app from fitness category Unity will send Ads to my app? What is better - AdMob or Unity Ads?
