Grass texture not rendered transparent
So I've been trying to get some grass into my scene for a while now but I can't seem to get it transparent. It is a png and I can see that the background of the texture is transparent but when I add it to grass texture in the terrain tool it draws rectangles with either black background, or if I set "Alpha is Transparency" it just draws the outline in the remaining part of the texture to form a square. How do I get it to be transparent?
