Animations not working when I put them on Blend tree

I am currently trying to make an FPS through Unity. I have been searching for over a month on trying to find some FPS "Character" free animations, but could not find any. I went to Unreal and found out they were giving out free fps animations. So I downloaded them and exported them to Unity. When I got them, and play them in the preview everything works fine, but when I use them on my Blend Tree, the animations play out of order. For example, I put in an idle animation with a threshold of 0 for speed, and it works. When I put in a walk animation with a threshold of 1 for speed, the animation works great, but when the speed value gets to 1, it plays the idle animation with a threshold of 0. Next I put in a run animation with a speed value and threshold of 6.5, but when I set the speed value to 6.5, it plays the idle animation, when I put the value to 1, it plays the idle animation, when I put the value to 0, it plays the idle animation. Although, the animations don't play right when I am on those exact animation values (except idle), when I am on values in between the animation values things work perfectly. Lastly, I have a walk back animation that I gave a threshold and speed value of -1. This time, all of the transitions all switch to walking back and idle. So if I have my threshold at -1,0,1,or 6.5 it plays a mix of the idle animation and walking back animation as if my threshold was at -0.5. When I get to transitions it transitions between the animations looking as if it was transitioning from -0.5 to 1. I thought that it was a preview glitch but when I play my game the exact thing occurs in the game view, but when I use other animations not from unreal they work well. To my surprise, the Unreal animations work well on the actual animation preview for the preferences in import settings. But when I put them on the blend tree it does not work. "Sorry for the long question, but it is very difficult to explain this" Is it something wrong with the animation? Do I need to change the import settings? Is it a Unity bug? Thank you for your answer(s).
