Text Mesh Pro Input field cannot scroll to last line of inserted text.

Hi, I'm making an elastic comment form with Text Mesh Pro input field like the comment forms that we can find on Instagram.

After inputting several rows of text to text of the input field, the input filed can become scrollable. But the scroll bar cannot reach the last line. So I cannot see the last line either, when I try to reinsert more characters to the input filed.

If there's anyone who is familiar with this issue, would give me some advice?
