How to fix this? (See description)

C:/Users/Reds Programming/Desktop/All/Untiy/Utimate Racing 2/Library/PackageCache/com.unity.postprocessing@2.1.2/PostProcessing/Runtime/PostProcessLayer.cs(963,21): error CS1061: Type UnityEngine.Rendering.CommandBuffer' does not contain a definition for SetSinglePassStereo' and no extension method SetSinglePassStereo' of type UnityEngine.Rendering.CommandBuffer' could be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

This was when i installed Post Processing in unity 2019 HDRP both asset store and package manager
