problem when building

Hi! I have a problem when I tried to export in unity. I have made a little program with a character who looks at the mouse, and everything goes perfect inside unity, when I click the play button, in "game" tab. When I built and run the project, the mesh in the model doen't change in the same way, and you can see really awfull points going out the mesh instead of a smoothly mesh like when I press the play button to check everything in unity. Something similar appeared in the animation when I first put the *.fbx, but I fix it telling each animated mesh to use "4 bones". But now, I built with "fantastic" quality, to use blend weights = 4 bones, but the error persists.

The only problem I can see, is that only when I build the proyect appears this error:

  Number of bind poses doesn't match number of bones in skinned mesh.
     UnityEditor.BuildPlayerWindow:BuildPlayerAndRun()

Any help will be appreciate.
