OGG files stripped from iOS content build when using Linux editor

Hi,

When building player content using AddressableAssetSettings.BuildPlayerContent(), the editor displays the following warning for each OGG file:

 Type DefaultAsset is in editor assembly UnityEditor, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null.  Asset location with internal id Assets/Content/Audio/XXX.ogg will be stripped.


By looking at the built bundle files, the file XXX.ogg_HASH.bundle is present and contains something. When calling Addressables.DownloadDependenciesAsync(), everything seems to download correctly.


However, when I try to load the asset using Addressables.LoadAssetAsync(), it throws a KeyNotFoundException.


  • This only occurs if I build using my Linux install. When using my Mac everything works just fine.

  • This seem to only occur on iOS. Standalone mac build works perfectly even when built using my Linux install.


I am using Unity 2020.1.1f1. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
