Gear VR App only works on Galaxy S7, not older Gear VR phones

Hi I had an app approved for keys by oculus store for Gear VR,

I launched it on a 3rd party site last night to find out most people cant use it because it only runs on S7 not Note or S6.

I'm hoping I'm missing something in the build settings or Android XML file.. but cant find anyone who has had this same problem. I only have an S7 to test on...
