Shader Edges Transparent Relative to Camera
What kind of shader might I use to make the edges of my object transparent? Sort of like a Rim Light, except instead the outer rim of the object would fade until it is fully transparent at the edges. It needs to always work relative to the camera so I don't think I can just apply a texture with alpha. I just want the outer edges of my object to fade out.

It might be worth mentioning that I found an xray shader that sort of does what I want here: http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=XRay
But I can't use a texture with it. I would like to be able to use textures and possibly use bump maps, specularity, etc.
