Cannot open Karting Microgame from Unity Asset Store

I am new to Unity and I am having some troubles with starting and learning. I wanted to start with the Karting Microgame project and I got it from the asset store online. It has the link to 'Open in Unity'.

When I click the link, Unity Hub starts up and it shows the 'Projects' tab and the Karting Microgame is not there. Can someone help? (Attatched a screenshot)
