Hello Guys I Was Searching About How To Make a Glowing Label By GUI.Label or another easy-way
while i'm searching i saw this Picture
How Did He Open That GUI Editor Window? And if You Got Easy Way To Make Neon Text or Glowing one. :) post it please

This appears to be a screenshot of the new, upcoming Unity GUI editor. It has not been released yet. You will have to use the old, existing (and not very good) GUI system. A better option is to use NGUI, you can find it on the store.
Glowing stuff is best made with an additive alpha shader.
