Lags in editor

Hello, two days ago when I opened my project in unity I started to getting big lags in editor when moving around. It's not fault of scene etc. I made a new project and on clear scene there is same problem. Maybe someone of you know what may cause it and how to fix it, it's so annoying.

Yes, I checked that earlier, everything is how it was before. I have no idea what is it. There is everything fine with computer too.
