Is it legal to get paid for creating a scene in Unity with free assets (for non-commercial project)?

Dear Unity community,

I have a client that needs a specific game scene for his non-commercial project. Free assets (from Unity asset store) and assets that I created would be used in this scene. Is it legal that I get paid for creating such game scene?
