2 character interaction animation
Using Unity 5. I'm not sure how to go about it. I have the animations of the two characters. One character is suplexing another character. They both do the animations, but separately.
I need to know is there a certain thing I am supposed to do to make them interact? I put a trigger on the NPC character and when it is triggered the animation plays. It also plays on the player character, but they don't interact with each other or sync up. The animation starts on the NPC and a split second later the animation on the player starts.
I would like to have the animations both sync. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be most appreciated!

No one? Has no one achieved character interactions with NPCs in Unity? I've seen it done before, but no one seems to know here?

strange, for me, when the animation start, I place both character in the right position (for example, my enemy is placed at one meter in front of the player) and then I play the animation for both of the characters at the same time.
It doesn't have any split seconds problem, maybe the problem lies within your animation ?
