How to make a responsive game?
For example if you want to have a ground-sprite and you want it to exactily fit the camera or if you want to spawn objects exactly beside the camera...

What are you asking for? Responsive can mean a few different things, typically with feel and polish, but you are describing positioning objects and spacing.
@TreyH I think he uses "responsive" in the way it's used for building websites, where a "responsive website skin" is used for making sure that the website displays properly on all screen sizes of mobile devices.

If we are in Orthographic camera mode, or 2D, then Anchors is your friend.
