Problem with focus and rendering

Question

Here is the video of my problem:

As you can see, there is a circle around my character where everything is clear and focused, however everything beyond that is blur and out of focus.

Can I know what is that and how can I increase the area of focus?

I'm using Unity 2020.1 with URP.

Solution: just use ue4
