Moving Library/EditorUserSettings.asset to UserSettings/EditorUserSettings.asset is denied
I have a project that runs with 2019.3.13.f1 properly. I just re-installed my windows10, and installed unity 2020.1.0f1c1. When I try opening that project with new version unity, an error pop up saying:
Moving Library/EditorUserSettings.asset to UserSettings/EditorUserSettings.asset: access is denied.
What should I do? Thank you!

For anyone encountered this problem in the future, try run UnityHub as administrator.
