Can't export to windows build but can on linux

So I'm using the most recent version of unity and when I click the drop-down menu to select windows I can't because It only shows Linux.

And when I try to install the windows module on unity hub, for the first few moments it works just fine, and after it looks like it has finished installing the module, It hasn't actually installed the module. And when I look at the drop-down menu, it still isn't there.

I'm using Manjaro if that matters.
