I changed the name of my scene and everything was erased pls help!
I had my scene named SampleScene and I changed it to Game1and it said Ignore or Reload so I just pressed reload and I lost all of my progress that I made today! ):
try restarting the unity and reloading the scene, if that doesn't help there has been some error and you lost the scene.
...Uh Sorry for it's the expected behaviour of Unity. I think the jobs you did today was forever disappeared. Next time before you rename the scene you were editing, remember to SAVE it. If you forget to save it before refactor, at least remember to click IGNORE.
it will be saved in samplescene
it did that for me too, you need to have you're scene saved before renaming it, renaming it causes it to revert back to its last saved point;
