Unity2020 loads project but unable to edit

I opened my Unity project worked in it. But sometimes after opening project unity got stuck.The things i can do is only maximize and minimize the window.I click on every tab but nothing happens.I got frustrated.Same happened with version 2018 .then i installed 2020. Solution i applied is closing unity again opening , two to four times then it do work well for a while but starts that problem again.And sometimes screen get black and nothing happens..

Does it have some issue with internet connect or disconnect? Any solution?
