Can not download the project via Collaborate.

Hi,

Can I ask you about the issue which happens every time when I am trying to download the project via Collaborate. When several Mb left it still downloading but never finished, please review screen called "infinite downloading", I use Unity version 5.4.0v3 for Mac. alt text
