Unity 3D Set a Default Com Port

I'm not sure if there is an elegant way around this but I notice the Com port ID or name changes depending on how many USB hubs one has attached.

My question is this: Is there a way to identify a specific com port and use that port as a default Com port? Using C# by the way. :) Anyone have any ideas about this??
