360 cam live streaming questions

I know live stream is still a work in progress with 360 cams due to the bit transfer rates and everything, but are there any Unity plugins that currently support this? If so what are some good ones? And are they compatible for the following devices: -Android -iOS -Gear VR -Google Cardboard -Oculus Rift -Url (streaming to a website)
