missing recommended JDK but can't install module through Hub (Unity 2019.4.4f1 LTS)
The title might be confusing so let me elaborate.
I had to install Unity 2019.4.4f1 from the website cause when I try to install from the Hub, it's not shown as an option. Therefore, since I have it downloaded from the archives I can't do the simple "Add Modules" option. I know I can download it separately so I've tried downloading it from the java site and selecting it in the preferences, but the following error pops up.
if I'm not selecting the right JDK file to download, then where can I get the updated recommended version? Since I can't go through the Hub I'm lost on where to go.
If important I should note I'm using Unity 2019.4.4f1 in the Android mode since I'm trying to make a mobile game. This is also in 2D, though frankly I don't know if it's of any importance to the situation.

the error sais you have installed jre, not jdk are you sure you have installed the jdk and not the jre? also remember you need to untick the checbox that sais "JDK installed with unity" and select the path to the jdk that in the screenshot is missing
I thought I did. The main problem is I'm not sure where to go to download the recommended JDK if not the Hub. It told me that I need JDK 1.8.0, and I've tried a couple different files I thought were right, but it said they were all wrong. If you know where I can get the proper download I'd appreciate it. This is what pops up when I untick the checkbox.
the error is prompting because you dont have the jdk filled, you need to locate the jdk that shoulkd be in the computer the default location is "C:\Program Files\Java" click on browse and try to find it, if it doesnt exist download it from here

it seems like its been fixed. thank you for the help!
