Soft shadow is not soft at all

Hi!

In 2017.3.1f, I switch the shadow type of a Directional light (or pretty much any light) to Soft Shadows, but it's still hard. (see picture) alt text Quality is set to ultra, light is on default settings. What am i doing wrong?
