3D workspace grid/lines not showing?

Question

Hello! I upgraded to Unity 3.3 and I am having a problem with the environment grid, its not showing up at all... I never had this problem with an older version, but when I upgraded the grid was there at first and then disappeared. FYI its not the textured grid that I am talking about its the grid that maps out your 3D workspace. Any information will be appreciated, Thanks!

Check your setting of this button:

Some people can't see the image? That would be weird, it doesn't require a login or anything.

That button does not display on my computer. I have Unity 4.3.1. Do you know where I would find it?
