The problem with the camera or not ?
When I raise the camera appears this artefact ,Here is the link to the video
Have you placed any type of Circle or Sphere in you scene/ Hierarchy or any where in unity?
And do check the same in any other version of Unity with from Scratch and in another machine.( it look like the nonsense, But it will clear number of things)
