Render textures doesnt exist in unity 4.7.2

Hello , I want make a mini map in my game by render texture , but i cant find it when I click Assest>create and i need it a lot , and i cant modify my game to unity 5 or 2017 , I have exported a render texture from unity 2017 and import it to unity 4.7 but i faced a probllems in it , please help me , sorry for my english
