How to avoid having clones on the same order in layer clip?
This is something I've wondered about for a long time. Lets say I'm in a 2D project and I have a tree I want to spawn a bunch of times. The trees con potentially spawn close which means that the sprites will overlap. Since its a clone, they will all be on the same order in later under the Spriterender. However, what I've noticed is that when sprites on the same order in layer overlap, they rapidly switch which sprite is on top creating a very ugly effect. What am I supposed to do to avoid this? Whats the proper practice for having 2d clones be on the same layer and not 'clip'?
