My Game Screen Scale keeps jumping to 1x when I start the game?

I tried moving the scale all the way to the left but it keeps moving to 1x whenever I start it. How can I fix this?

I had to restart Unity to stop the bug -_-

It happened again and this time I restarted unity and my computer and the bug still came back -_-
