How do you create ground, walls and a player in a 2D game?,How do I add sprites and add other things in my 2D game?

I'm new to Unity and I'm making a 2D platformer game, but I need help creating sprites.,Does anybody know how to create sprites and add some ground and walls in a 2D game?
