Renamed Unity.exe and then .unitypackage doesn't work
I renamed Unity.exe because I used multiple versions and I wanted to search for the specific version one pushing windows button. Since I renamed it like Unity5.6.0f3.exe, the icon of .unitypackage files has changed and .unitypackage haven't worked. How can I fix it?
Before renaming Unity.exe, I had renamed the directory, but it was fine.
you can open unity packages from within unity. on Windows you can right click the package and choose open with, where you can define the default application. reset it to unity. either way in not sure if using dots in the name is a good idea
Thanks for replying. I renamed it to Unity.exe, but It doesn't work... The icon is still something wrong(not Unity icon).
