All assets from this package are already in your project issue
i had downloaded an asset from the asset store around a month ago for a project i was doing and it had been in my assets in the project folder but now its gone and when i try re-importing its saying "all assets from this package are already in your project issue"
i tried to delete the asset from my app data and tried re-downloading and re-importing again same issue arises is there somewhere that removes it completely from the project?
thanks
The asset must be some where hidden in your Assets folder for your project. You may have accidentally dragged it into a subfolder in your project, but Unity still sees it while you don´t.
Im having the same issue where i click on import and the same dialogue box pops up and cant seem to find any assets downloaded physically into the storage of my PC nor in the unity engine how do we fix this?

I had a similar situation (it was an effect I'd made in one project, not something from the asset store). The only way I found to fix it was to change the asset slightly, change it back, apply, re-export and import. I don't know if that really helps with your issue but maybe you could open them in a new project, change a value, change it back, and then export as a package to the project you want them to be in?
