Applying a UI-Overlay-Shader on a Canvas. Problems!
Hello!
At our VR project with unity 5.3, we are trying to get rid of the UI Camera for performance reasons. I've found a "Ui Overlay" (always on top) Shader here: http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/878667/world-space-canvas-on-top-of-everything.html
We now use it to keep the UI on top of our VR elements. Everything works fine when using it with sprites or images (icons).
But when I try to add the Shader to a Canvas or one of the Canvas' childs, the child gets invisible (not rendered anymore).
Can you tell me what to do to add a "Always on top"-behaviour for a Canvas with a Shader?
