How to get the angle between the xz plane and the object

This seems like a really simple question, but I'm band-new to Unity and I'm having a hard time understanding how the rotations work.

Let's say I have an object at ground level (the center of the object is at (0, 0, 0). How do I calculate the angle at which the object is pointing "up"? (theta in spherical coordinates)

I just realized that this is the same thing as calculating the angle between two vectors (the "up" vector and the forward vector of my object). Knowing that, I was able to find this answer.
