Upgrading to Unity 3.4 question

This may seem like an insecure question, but if I upgrade my current version of Unity/Android Pro 3.2 to Unity/Android Pro 3.4, will my current project and hierarchy files posiibly be deleted or will I lose any Information at all? The reason I'm asking is this question is when I upgrade from 2.6 to 3.2 my game did not operate correctly. For instance the Island demo did not transfer over when I opened the scene in 3.2. I'm concerned. My game is 95% complete and I would be bummed if lost all the work that I've completed to this point. If someone out there has upgraded their project from 3.2 to 3.4, I like to hear from you. Am I taking a risk upgrading at this stage of my project?
Thanx for the input.

The upgrade from 2.6 to 3.2 was significantly larger than the one from 3.2 to 3.4- one is an entire version number, the other is just an API update. You shouldn't lose anything from this upgrade- even the few now obselete functions still work- they just give you a warning telling you exactly how to fix them before the next release.

Just keep a backup of your project ;)

If you run into problems (mostly scripting, shader) you can downgrade and install the old version of Unity. You can even install 3.4 into a seperate folder and keep your old version of Unity. On my pc i have 2.6 / 3.0 / 3.2 / 3.4 installed ;)
