Load images and change import settings
here are my current step make image in photoshop save as png add into resources folder manually chnage import settings to the following texture type : advanced read/write : enabled Format : automatic truecolor
what id like to do
load them from seperate folder in application.datapath chnage all of the import settings automatically
my question is how can i do this?
also how to i make application.data path read from a folder

Simply use .psd format directly in the asset folder or subfolder then when you work on your .psd in photoshop you don't have to change settings in unity again.
no but this for levels people have to create completely new textures and save them as separate files here is what the folder looks like
