How to animate a 3D model to be able to run, walk and jump

I'm a new Untiy developer and i don't really know much about modeling and animations. I'm currently working on a project that needs a character to be able to perform basic movements. I've not been able to find a good tutorial on YouTube, It would be really amazing if someone can put me through the basic stuff or at least a link to good tutorial.

I downloaded the 3d model from Turbosquid.
