VR - Vive - Dropping Frames While Barely Utilizing CPU, GPU, and RAM
I'm developing a game for Vive. When I build and run the prototype, it adds maybe 10% load to CPU and GPU each. Tiny bit of RAM.
The prototype runs smoothly, except every 5 seconds or so it'll drop a few frames over several seconds, giving the headset a (noticeable) bit of stutter.
Things I've tried:
1) Setting the program to "high priority" in windows task manager.
2) Closing all other programs except the one that monitors usage of GPU etc.
3) Restarting the computer.
Anyone have any ideas?
