Web player installation error

So, when i was installing the Web player this appeared :

Error opening file or writing C:/documents and settings.....Unity/Loader etc..... Click abort to stop the installation retry to try again Ignore to skip this file

i've tried to retry it but the same thing happens Could someone help me?? i really need to install the web player
